80s to Wow

This project highlights a transformation in a guest bathroom with a really challenging layout and functionality. The end project is nothing short of jaw dropping, from the new layout to the color, the entire space awes anyone who comes into it.

Original Space Challenges:
The large jetted tub was placed directly under an existing window with exposure to neighbors and had no shower functionality. A real must in todays world. This tub challenge is obviously a problem for privacy but introduces a complex challenge due to the need to patch siding in on the exterior of the home. The room was also pitched at an extreme angle which is complex for many reasons but most importantly for the alcove that would need to be created.

We gutted the entire bathroom and replaced the existing flooring with classic penny tile. Built a custom alcove for the new tub and replumbed for shower functionality. A custom 18"x50" window was installed
